Poor customer service and poor business practices, with false info on website. I placed an order for a mailbox on Aug 2d; the website stated they had 30+ in stock and item would ship in 5-7 business days. I received an email on Aug 12 stating the item was back ordered and would not ship until Sept 24th. A check of the website on Aug 16th showed the item was still listing as 30+ in stock and ships in 5-7 business days.
