we bought this chair 6/14/08, since then the pull cord witch is a very thin cable has broke 2x's.we talked to the store manager about this problem and he said the return policy it's like a car and can't be returned because of wear, even tho the repairman said it looks still brand new and never left the store. we would like a replacement chair or upgrade to better chair.the store manager said notthing i can do even after telling him of all the stuff we already got from the store, he also seemed rude about the whole thing.we told him we are going to file in court about matter, he said o.k..i can't beleive the way you treat your customers, if so we and many of are friends will not be back for this kind of treatment.by the way your managers name is ken.please give us a call about this matter.
