we bought this chair 6/14/08, since then the pull cord witch is a very thin cable has broke 2x's.we talked to the store manager about this problem and he said the return policy it's like a car and can't be returned because of wear, even tho the repairman said it looks still brand new and never left the store. we would like a replacement chair or upgrade to better chair.the store manager said notthing i can do even after telling him of all the stuff we already got from the store, he also seemed rude about the whole thing.we told... read full review »
