1) Ignorant or intentionally deceptive Sales staff.
2) Arrogant unhelpful management. (They admitted fault but said that the time/cost of court would prevent people such as myslef from pursuing it.)
3) Ridiculous re-stock fee if they send the wrong item!!!

I spoke with one of their sales staff and asked specifically for the die-shrunk version of the Athlon. We went over the heat issues and the reasoning behind my desire for the smaller/cooler die size. He then gave me the larger/hotter die Athlon and sent me on my way. When I realized it was the wrong one I called but they had closed.

So I returned it the very next day less than 24 hours later and they refused to exchange it or refund my money without the restock fee. The Salesperson misrepresented the item and sold me the wrong thing. They admitted this but still refused to do anything about it...

I will never recommend them and in fact have successfully discouraged my friends, associates and Company from doing business with this fraudulent bunch.
