1) Ignorant or intentionally deceptive Sales staff. 2) Arrogant unhelpful management. (They admitted fault but said that the time/cost of court would prevent people such as myslef from pursuing it.) 3) Ridiculous re-stock fee if they send the wrong item!!! I spoke with one of their sales staff and asked specifically for the die-shrunk version of the Athlon. We went over the heat issues and the reasoning behind my desire for the smaller/cooler die size.
