After getting a deposit from a contractor the company went to customers home measure and never ask for the contractor or customer to come to store and look at and approve the slab before cutting it. Once the counter tops were installed the customer didn't like the looks of the tops at the bar area because there was was a line running from the wall to the far end of the edge of the top. The customer told the installation crew she wasn't happy told the owener and then called told me. I called the owner and was told they wanted the customer to be happy with the job. The next day I went to the house and looked at the problems and called the owner told him about the issues and he blew up and said there was nothing wrong with the job and would send his guys out that day remove the top and refund the money. The custom only was asking to have the problems fixed. Five days later the tops were removed and the owner refused to refund the deposit. Buyer Beware!!!
