After getting a deposit from a contractor the company went to customers home measure and never ask for the contractor or customer to come to store and look at and approve the slab before cutting it. Once the counter tops were installed the customer didn't like the looks of the tops at the bar area because there was was a line running from the wall to the far end of the edge of the top.
