They will not uninstall the partial software and refund my money even when they could only partially fix the problem because of the Level 3 virsus on my computer. I could not use the product because they could not completely get it installed. They refused to uninstall the partial program because I refuse to pay for technical support with them. You will be fustrated because they will not help you at all when you do not use them. Constantly kept giving me to the tech department and wanted to charge me more money. Promise to install completed software for no additional with tech support help but only transferred me back and forth to tech and rep would keep staying I will need to talk with tech department.

They were willing to help in the beginning with initial diagnosis but once problem could not be solved with simple installation thats when all the games began. I will pursue the better business bureau to get my money refunded because I had to purchase a new computer because of the virus.
