They will not uninstall the partial software and refund my money even when they could only partially fix the problem because of the Level 3 virsus on my computer. I could not use the product because they could not completely get it installed. They refused to uninstall the partial program because I refuse to pay for technical support with them. You will be fustrated because they will not help you at all when you do not use them. Constantly kept giving me to the tech department and wanted to charge me more money.
