Purchased PowerDirector 7 with extended download on line from CYBERLINK. When I attempted to redownload, after my computer crashed, I discovered that the My Order Status Page, with the download link, went to a dead page, after 7 attempts to contact customer service, only to discover each time that the confirmation codes on the form where invalid. I then attempt to contact Digital River, after recieving no emails from either, I contacted Cyberlink Corp. Phone and was told that by a recorded phone message that all calls were "Apparently Handled On Line". There is no way to get customer service, unless you pay for it. This is their website with the dead link, or is it that they want us to upgrade from our version to their new version. This was my first and last purchase from CYBERLINK. I am surprised that they are even online, with the complete and total lack of customer service. Hard times are hard times for us all, that is why you should save your money and spend it somewhere else but with CYBERLINK.
