Purchased PowerDirector 7 with extended download on line from CYBERLINK. When I attempted to redownload, after my computer crashed, I discovered that the My Order Status Page, with the download link, went to a dead page, after 7 attempts to contact customer service, only to discover each time that the confirmation codes on the form where invalid. I then attempt to contact Digital River, after recieving no emails from either, I contacted Cyberlink Corp.
