I've had similar problems as stated below. The rebate process is difficult. I've ordered 5-6 times. mercandise alway came in a timely manner. Some items have been great. Others cheap. They have lost rebates & I have to resubmitt...I've made a couple of small errors...expect extra long wait and lots of checking up on them. They can change things inbetween. Recently I noticed their address has changes to a box#. I've always been able to resolve problems with a lot of work. My last order has me a little more concerned. 3 items...with problems. didn't get it figured out until 5 days before expiration date. If they can lose a rebate I guess they could lose resubmittions??? Now I have to wait another couple of months before I even know if they received the resubmittion. The process of updating your account is very slow.
