I've had similar problems as stated below. The rebate process is difficult. I've ordered 5-6 times. mercandise alway came in a timely manner. Some items have been great. Others cheap. They have lost rebates & I have to resubmitt...I've made a couple of small errors...expect extra long wait and lots of checking up on them. They can change things inbetween.
