in 2008 I had a writ of garnishment for a debt from Capital One Bank (not my accont). I was NEVER served by this crook and he made a default judgement against me. The judgment turned to a garnishment. I am a social worker with DSHS in Washington State. The judgment took about 450 out of my check twice a month for months (The original debt was SAID to have been about 900 on the credit card then added attorney fees and Said interest). Well, i paid about 1800 of the 2040 judgment. It abrubtly ended with my payroll and i assumed it was paid off or fearful we would sue him and stopped. Today, August 3rd (about 12 months later) i receive a NEW writ from my payroll that the debt is ALL DUE AND PAYABLE and the collection has RESTARTED at $ 0 !! What is wrong with the rotten Country that crooks can take a non debt, lie about serving someone, obtain a judgement and collect a writ TWICE. TWICE!!!

I would like to have my payroll submit proof. I NEED HELP. My husband is laid of at Microsoft, we are barely holding onto our home and now this crook is back in my bank account. Is the USA no better than the crook communist countries? I work hard for my money, pay LOTS AND LOTS of taxes and get screwed by the legal system.
