in 2008 I had a writ of garnishment for a debt from Capital One Bank (not my accont). I was NEVER served by this crook and he made a default judgement against me. The judgment turned to a garnishment. I am a social worker with DSHS in Washington State. The judgment took about 450 out of my check twice a month for months (The original debt was SAID to have been about 900 on the credit card then added attorney fees and Said interest).
