This is my third complaint request plea for wrong to be made right. What ever happen to your word being your bond.

Ms. Nadia Jose,
I really am having a hard time understanding why you or anyone from your company has not called me regarding my refund that was clearly promised to mailed out the week of July 1st 2009. I desperately would like to bring this nightmare to a close.

I spoke to Mr. Fox and he advised our office always refunds clients who investor do not allow loan modification, however, it requested to have until middle of next week to issue your refund. Please confirm.
