This is my third complaint request plea for wrong to be made right. What ever happen to your word being your bond. 7/14/09 Ms. Nadia Jose, I really am having a hard time understanding why you or anyone from your company has not called me regarding my refund that was clearly promised to mailed out the week of July 1st 2009.
