I have a wage garnishment for the IRS of $100 a month since 5/6/10. My paychecks have been deducted $50 bi-weekly. I received a phone call from the IRS on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 stating I was in default. The IRS has not received one payment from my company since May. I contacted my company and was told I did not work there anymore (resigned Aug. 12, 2010)and that he was not going to take my word. He wanted proof that the money was coming out of my check. He told me he had no paystubs and that it was up to me to show proof. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this man over my money. This company is consistently disrepectful, changes policies on a whim, and regularly practices unethical work practices.
