This school deliberately hires unskilled, uneducated, harsh, strict, and potentially abusive women to work in their day care. These women control their classrooms like they are jail wardens at a juvenile detention facility. These women rule over their little students like they're the Queens and the little kids are the paupers in their kingdoms. The school likes to hire unskilled, impoverished African-American women to staff these toddler and two's classrooms because they know that these women "will keep the kids in line." Sure, the kids are free from physical injury, they're fed, they're kept clean, and the classrooms are nice and tidy. The problem is the wounds of emotional abuse are not readily apparent. The kids are bored stiff, they aren't allowed to play with the toys (the teacher doesn't want for the toys to get 'messed up'), and the kids spend hours and hours just sitting in their chairs. The kids are basically being incarcerated for 8-10 hours a day and are being guarded by these thuggish day care workers. It's immoral and unethical what is going on in this day care.
