This school deliberately hires unskilled, uneducated, harsh, strict, and potentially abusive women to work in their day care. These women control their classrooms like they are jail wardens at a juvenile detention facility. These women rule over their little students like they're the Queens and the little kids are the paupers in their kingdoms.
