I too have been a victim of this SCAM of a company. They have contracted a calling centre to handle all calls, cancellations, complaints etc. I received my "junk" of a product AFTER the return time window and had to pay nearly $40.00 in Long Distance fees to cancel. However, I was also enrolled in the fraudulent "fitclubonline", "elitepak" etc. and they continue to bill my credit card even though I canceled. They will not give you written confirmation of canceling your order. Citibank says they are powerless and canceling my card would only have the THIEVES contract a collection service to extort money from me. Please don't be fooled by DAZZLE SMILE, SOUTH BEACH BRITE or their affiliates. They are committing FRAUD!! They advertise on legit sites like Good Morning America and others to seem legit.
