I too have been a victim of this SCAM of a company. They have contracted a calling centre to handle all calls, cancellations, complaints etc. I received my "junk" of a product AFTER the return time window and had to pay nearly $40.00 in Long Distance fees to cancel. However, I was also enrolled in the fraudulent "fitclubonline", "elitepak" etc. and they continue to bill my credit card even though I canceled.
