I was silly enough to sign up for a ONE-OFF trial size product or so I thought. I phoned the company to cancel a few days later, but this wasn't actioned. Even though the 'trial' product never turned up, nor did anything else, they still took 2 lots of $80 odd dollars (£50+) from me...I complained to my bank and the company though and they are saying they will refund the two payments of $80.
HOWEVER, this is a complete rip-off. They tempt you with pop-ups - so there isn;t even a website to look at - I STILL can't find one...and yet they say that all the terms and conditions are on the website and it's your fault if you haven;t read them...I CAN'T FIND THEM! The 'receipt' they e-mailed at the time doesn;t give you any information - about charges, sending the item back for a refund, not even a link to the website...NOTHING.
The name of the company changes ...it;s all just one big scam.
AND now they have sold my details to other totally unknown company who have taken money off me also for WHAT I have no idea!..WORLDFIT???
It's a joke...please shut them down so they can't do this to anyone else. I'm a student who can't afford to have money fraudulently taken by bogus companies for absolutely NOTHING!
