I was silly enough to sign up for a ONE-OFF trial size product or so I thought. I phoned the company to cancel a few days later, but this wasn't actioned. Even though the 'trial' product never turned up, nor did anything else, they still took 2 lots of $80 odd dollars (£50+) from me...I complained to my bank and the company though and they are saying they will refund the two payments of $80.
