I ordered a trial order of PremiumWhite and received the order late in December. The order came with no instructions and just the box of Premium White. It was Christmas time so I didn't get a chance to try it right away. Before I had a chance to send it try it or send it back I get my credit card statement and they had charged 86.93 twice along with a subscription to a Worldfit that I didn't even realize was on there for 24.13. I immediately called them and was told that since I didn't cancel, they charged my account and then sent another shipment that I didn't receive so I requested them cancel the order and refund my credit card. They told me they couldn't and would have to send me out another shipment which would have the instructions on how to return for a refund. I received the shipment again with no instructions and called again and was told they would email me the instructions. Again, I didn't receive the instructions and called again and was given the address of which to return the most recent shipment however could not give me any information on who to talk to about this matter. As others have said this whole thing is a SCAM and something needs to be done to stop these people.
