I ordered a trial order of PremiumWhite and received the order late in December. The order came with no instructions and just the box of Premium White. It was Christmas time so I didn't get a chance to try it right away. Before I had a chance to send it try it or send it back I get my credit card statement and they had charged 86.93 twice along with a subscription to a Worldfit that I didn't even realize was on there for 24.13.
