My credit card was charged after I was under the assumption that I was being charged a one time fee for a sample of Dazzlesmile and Smilebrite. After an extensive battle with Dazzlesmile's customer service rep, I was able to get them to refund my credit card for some supposed shipments that I have never recieved. But with no luck getting refunded for the "FREE" sample that I was assured I only had to pay ship and handling for. Now, as far as Smilebrite. I got a phone number from my bank that came in with the charge heading, 1 day ago, the number is not an active number.My major regret for this whole situation is that I can't personally meet the one's that are responsible for these scams. Companies like these make it hard for anyone to trust in any kind of business over the net and should be hunted down, shut down and prosecuted to the fullest. If anyone has any info on Smilebrite, please post it so I can pass it on to the Florida Attorney General.
