My credit card was charged after I was under the assumption that I was being charged a one time fee for a sample of Dazzlesmile and Smilebrite. After an extensive battle with Dazzlesmile's customer service rep, I was able to get them to refund my credit card for some supposed shipments that I have never recieved. But with no luck getting refunded for the "FREE" sample that I was assured I only had to pay ship and handling for. Now, as far as Smilebrite.
