Dell has done absolutely nothing to help me

I had a new Dell XPS 625 built for my photography company by a sales person (Trevor) that said this was what I was looking for. Problem, the computer is unable to accept any Photoshop programs new or used or download trials. Dell will not fix this unless I pay 139.99 to them!!! FOR WHAT!!?? IT"S A BRAND NEW COMPUTER. Needless to say I have over 25 hours invested in calls to the sales dept AND technical support...same outcome, it HAS to be ALL of my software AND ALL of the software from Adobe on-line that is bad... right... I have no patience for this kind of balogna. Now I see they no longer produce this model, gee what a surprise, I never would have spent 1500. on a computer that is being discontinued. Dell has done absolutely NOTHING to help me with this NEW computer that I feel I should not have to pay another dime for. SHAME ON DELL!

Will not pay them another dime

I purchased a dell xps, all told over $4k for printer and headphones etc. i have spent approx 15 hrs on the phone w/ rude tech support who want to blame the consumer for whtever problem u are experiencing. you can not speak to a customer complaint or care dept, just tech support and sales. the tech support dept is a joke. i have a 780 credit score and i think i may ruin it just to not pay this company another dime.
