I purchased a dell xps, all told over $4k for printer and headphones etc. i have spent approx 15 hrs on the phone w/ rude tech support who want to blame the consumer for whtever problem u are experiencing. you can not speak to a customer complaint or care dept, just tech support and sales. the tech support dept is a joke. i have a 780 credit score and i think i may ruin it just to not pay this company another dime. read full review »
