This is NOT a complaint for a change. It is a RAVE REVIEW!! I had a Dell workstation for 4 years. I began having problems with a drive. After 3 attempts to fix it I wrote a short letter explaining the difficulty I was having. I did not ask for ANYTHING except advice on how to handle the defective computer that was under extended PRO warranty. THEY OFFERED ME A REPLACEMENT COMPUTER!!! I assumed it would be a refurbished similar item. I was wrong. They corrected me and said they were sending a BRAND NEW COMPUTER totally for FREE!!! They sent it next day delivery. They sent me a free return tag to send back my old computer. The new computer has FOUR TIMES the memory as my old one. On and on. I WAS TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY with the AWESOME service I got from Dell. i CANNOT believe how well they treated me in order to provide a working computer. All this after nearly 5 years of ownership. A HUGE ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR DELL!!!
