This is NOT a complaint for a change. It is a RAVE REVIEW!! I had a Dell workstation for 4 years. I began having problems with a drive. After 3 attempts to fix it I wrote a short letter explaining the difficulty I was having. I did not ask for ANYTHING except advice on how to handle the defective computer that was under extended PRO warranty. THEY OFFERED ME A REPLACEMENT COMPUTER!!!
