Mr. Delvin Samuels was an invaluable asset during our decision to both purchase and renovate a commercial building. We discussed the strategies to acquire the property through traditional financing and private partnership. With his help we were able to create a win-win for all parties. As well, he showed us a few key steps in "going Green" in the renovation and construction. We're even considering use of a recycled tire material to complete the parking lots for onsite stormwater management.
