I traveled from Northwest and contacted Deputy Delivery Service, I have done this many times when I returned but this time was worst enough to remember because my luggage had expensive stuff in it. I called them to know when I am receiving my luggage, the guy pick up my call and he was too rude, he said it's gonna get there'. He told me that I will get it 9-12 but after some time someone call me and told me that it will be there at 8-11. I thought great; my uncle went there to get my luggage and at 11 he called me that no one turns up there with luggage. My luggage had expensive medicines and some articles I got from other state. I called to enquire about my luggage. The rep told me that they lost my luggage while picking up from the same plane well, I am really pissed off with their service they are too careless and incompetent. I will recommend preferring some other service if you have something really expensive in your luggage so it will b saved. Okay. I have lost total medicines, articles and also my clothes which was not an issue.
