I traveled from Northwest and contacted Deputy Delivery Service, I have done this many times when I returned but this time was worst enough to remember because my luggage had expensive stuff in it. I called them to know when I am receiving my luggage, the guy pick up my call and he was too rude, he said it's gonna get there'. He told me that I will get it 9-12 but after some time someone call me and told me that it will be there at 8-11.
