Their ad says "free trial offer". You enter the website, it directs click here, click here, click here, enter your information and you receive your free samples by mail after paying shipping and handling. What they fail to emphasize is the extremely small box at the bottom that says terms and conditions. I ordered these samples about July 23rd. By August 10th, My credit card was charged $89.95. Not only did I not have a chance to try the products, but, they were charging me to keep the product before a 14 day free trial offer was up. After a small confrontation on the phone, I refused to pay and was told to send the product back. Of course, return shipping and handling is not refunded. This type of advertising is totally deceptive. I never would have ordered it if the terms were clear.
