You enter the website, it directs click here, click here, click here, enter your information and you receive your free samples by mail after paying shipping and handling. What they fail to emphasize is the extremely small box at the bottom that says terms and conditions. I ordered these samples about July 23rd. By August 10th, My credit card was charged $89.95.
