I have been charged $87.13 twice on 1/12/09 for products I did not recieve and was suppose to be a free trial, although in the fine print it said that product would be sent automatically and billed at that amount. When I frist ordered the free trial, my computer froze and I did not get a chance to read the fine print and did not realize an order even went through. No email confirmation or anything. I decided to look at the offer again and read the fine print and realized I didn't want that type of plan but now I've been charged twice and have no product to show for it.
What can be done to stop this?

Dew Labs is an ficticious company I belive, I am beign charged $87.13 every two weeks for a colon cleanse product I ordered in compliment to a acai Berry product I ordered on line ( mom looses weight finally site), under the assumption it was a free trial only paying for shipping and handling $3.95, I paid the S/H on 12/8 2009. Still have yet to receive ANY products from this company, yet I have been charged $87.13 on 12/26 as well as another $87.13 on 1/8/2009. I still have received No items or emails from this company to stop this, I have filed complaints with my bank for investigation. as well as a formal complaint will be filed with the BBB and the attorney general, if any one has some contact infor for me regarding this company Acaiberry & Life Cleanse, DEW Labs, please forward to [email protected]. I can see it is time to fight back and end this scam now!
