I too have not recieved my product, and didn't read the fine print about the auto charge. I got through to customer service and cancelled my subscription. I talked to my bank today and cancelled my debit card so no further charges can occur, and I filed a dispute with the bank in hopes of getting a refund for the $87.13 as well as the $3.95. When I asked the cust. srv. why my product wasn't shipped he said I entered my address wrong. How would he know that?
