Frustrating experience ordering and returning a product to this company. I purchased a white ergo keyboard for my Mac and instead received a black PC keyboard. The part numbers are mostly different and it's not easy to confuse one for the other. When I finally got through to a live person on the phone after numerous attempts and few new 800 numbers to dial, the customer service rep said it would take 48 hour just to confirm they did send me the wrong keyboard and they'd have to go back to the stockroom security tapes to confirm. Considering I ordered the keyboard standard overnight because I needed it sooner rather than later, she was unable to expedite the return because of "their process."

Think twice about ordering a product from this company if you need it on time and right the first time. I ordered from DigitalHotBuy because they had the best deal, but in the end I'm spending more time and money fixing their error. I would not recommend DigitalHotBuy and will not order from them again.
