Frustrating experience ordering and returning a product to this company. I purchased a white ergo keyboard for my Mac and instead received a black PC keyboard. The part numbers are mostly different and it's not easy to confuse one for the other. When I finally got through to a live person on the phone after numerous attempts and few new 800 numbers to dial, the customer service rep said it would take 48 hour just to confirm they did send me the wrong keyboard and they'd have to go back to the stockroom security tapes to confirm... read full review »
