These people took an admin charge of £49.99 back in May to process my loan. They had no permission to do this. After recieving no paperwork i telephoned them and was told it had been sent and that they would resend it. IT did not arrive. I rang them agagin after waiting for nearly an hour i got through and was told the ink in the printer had run out and that was why, i told them i was unhappy with the service and that i wanted a refund. I was told to send them a copy of my bank statement showing they had indeed took the money. I have done this and still nothing. I have rang this company many times alot of them not getting through. I am claiming back the cost of my phone calls also from the times i have which now total £23. I have e mailed them also several times and get no response. I advise anyone considering using this company not to bother.
