These people took an admin charge of £49.99 back in May to process my loan. They had no permission to do this. After recieving no paperwork i telephoned them and was told it had been sent and that they would resend it. IT did not arrive. I rang them agagin after waiting for nearly an hour i got through and was told the ink in the printer had run out and that was why, i told them i was unhappy with the service and that i wanted a refund.
