I am a new customer to Direct Tv. I was sick and tired of Comcost high cost. Switched to direct tv based on their $29.99/month solicitation. Howver since I have switched to Direct Tv it been nothing but hassel. You have to submit a request for rebate. It takes 6 to 8 weeks !!! to process your rebate. In the meantime they will charge you a much higher monthly rate. When you sign up there is no mention of this rebate which makes not sense to anyone but to them.. Their customer service agents are in Phillippines and all they can tell you is that are sorry without doing anything about anthing.. Stay away from Direct Tv. I am hoping for a class action law suit by a smart attorney..
