I am a new customer to Direct Tv. I was sick and tired of Comcost high cost. Switched to direct tv based on their $29.99/month solicitation. Howver since I have switched to Direct Tv it been nothing but hassel. You have to submit a request for rebate. It takes 6 to 8 weeks !!! to process your rebate. In the meantime they will charge you a much higher monthly rate. When you sign up there is no mention of this rebate which makes not sense to anyone but to them..
