I responded to a free product on line. Upon receiving the free item I received an unsolicted item which I refused the shipment. Unopened and returned to sender! I was charged two charges related to the unaccepted item. After calling and informing them that not only had I not accepted the product, I wanted my name and additional information deleted from their customer list, I did receive credits the following month. However, The next month their is another charge related to this same incident. I called again to inform them of my previous conversation and request. In the course of talking the operator informed me I had been charged again the following month. I stated that I would not pay these charges and that I would register complaints with my credit card company and as well on any site available on the internet.
