I responded to a free product on line. Upon receiving the free item I received an unsolicted item which I refused the shipment. Unopened and returned to sender! I was charged two charges related to the unaccepted item. After calling and informing them that not only had I not accepted the product, I wanted my name and additional information deleted from their customer list, I did receive credits the following month.
