I ordered online today 12/5/2008 a programme to be downloaded on to my pc, a puppy/dog training programme. The quality of the programme is shabby, substandard, amateurish. I could have put together a better programme myself. The voice over on the programme is so child like it is almost laughable, like an automated robotic type voice.
The whole programme is supposed to cost $37.77 but when I got a confirmatory email teling me I could use the programme there and then the price quoted was $139.99. In the ad it said I could have 60 days free trial, and if not satisfied at the end of the 60 days no charge would be made. I do online banking, checked my account and the money had been taken from my account minutes if not seconds after placing the order and giving my account details. I immediately emailed back saying I was outraged at the cost, asked for an immediate refund. My email was sent back to me via Mailer Demon saying no such company existed as it had gone into liquidation. Please help me. I have also notified my bank, and if need be I shall also notify the police.
