I ordered online today 12/5/2008 a programme to be downloaded on to my pc, a puppy/dog training programme. The quality of the programme is shabby, substandard, amateurish. I could have put together a better programme myself. The voice over on the programme is so child like it is almost laughable, like an automated robotic type voice. The whole programme is supposed to cost $37.77 but when I got a confirmatory email teling me I could use the programme there and then the price quoted was $139.99.
