We had windows and doors installed by Weatherseal. There is nothing obviously wrong with the products, its the complete disregard Weatherseal have for us, the customer. Windows installed within a week which was good. They the faults that had to be rectified went on and on and on. For example, the engineer who was due to come and fit a faulty door panel didn't turn up on the day (lost days holiday), they he came the next day and didn't even know why he was here so, he didn't have the panel with him. He arranged to come back but guess what ? he didn't turn up. We are still waiting !!! Then there is the damaged rendering. The guy who turned up to fix that also didn't know what needed done, he was a plasterer who does inside repairs but the damage was to the rendering outside. he attempted to do a patch job telling us someone would be back but they have never arrived. So far we have wasted three days waiting in and still do not have the repairs done. Now the doors sre starting to stick and one lock doesn't work.

Do not use Weatherseal under any circumstances !!!
